Bigtimer Baseball's Refund Policy

 

The following Refund Policy is designed to be fair and equitable for both the host and the participating teams. The event host incurred prior expenses which can not be recovered or returned, such as awards , advertising

and other miscellaneous expenses involving field and tournament maintenance. Teams pulling out after the brackets are done or when an event is sold out are responsible for the entire entry fee and no refund will be made.
