Entry/Pull-Out Fees

Teams pulling out within 10 days before tournament starts,  after the brackets are done or when sold out are responsible for the entire entry fee.

If we can replace your team, we will only charge a $100.00 pullout fee.

The team is obligated to the official schedule put forward by Bigtimer Baseball. A team also has the option to request specific game times in pool play and should do this at least 21 days in advance and prior to signing up their team for a tournament in order to get a confirmation from a director that their request is possible. We can not guarantee any time requests within 10 days of an event.
